WEDNESDAY: 4-6:30 PM

SATURDAY: 11-1:30PM

MONDAY: 4-6 PM

*Classes are once a week. Each class is 2 hours*

What you will learn:

1. Learn: Fabric behavior and Cutting techniques. 
2. Seams, Intakes, Edge Finishes, Closures, Zippers. (E.g French seam, Darts, Pleats, Machine hemming, etc)
3. Project 1: Zippered Pouch
4. Project 2: Tote Bag or/Apron/Throw Pillowcase etc)

Sewing Supplies needed

• Fabric and paper scissors
  
• 2yds of muslin
• Pins, needles, & threads
  
• Tape measure, tailor's chalk
  
• Notebook, pen, and ruler
  
• 7" regular and 9" invisible zipper- two each
• Home sewing machine (For homework)
• Binder with transparency papers
