Learn to sew any garment with or without lining. Learn to read advanced patterns and acquire more intricate skills
What you will learn:
How to read and interpret more sophisticated ready-made or commercial patterns.
These include: welt and hidden pocket, different neckline finishes like cowl neckline, Fly and invisible zippers, and many more skills.
The project for this class is to create any top, dress, or bottoms with a lining.
Sewing Supplies needed
- Fabric and paper scissors
- Commercial Pattern
- Pins, Needles, & Threads
- Tape measure
- Tailor's chalk
- Straight edge ruler
- Notebook, pen (For notes)
- Home sewing machine (For homework)
